Please Note:

  • These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, or unexpected delays.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly.
  • If you realize there’s an error, please contact us immediately at hbrkartinfo@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • For damaged items, please provide photo evidence within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India. However, delivery to remote or rural areas may be limited or subject to additional time and charges.

International Shipping

At this time, HBR Kart does not offer international shipping. We aim to expand our delivery network in the future.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery time estimates depend on the shipping method selected and your location.
  • While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods may cause slight delays.

Undeliverable Packages

A package may be deemed undeliverable due to the following reasons:

1.    Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

2.    Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.

3.    Refusal to accept the package.

In such cases:

  • The package will be returned to us.
  • A re-delivery can be arranged upon payment of additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Missing Items

1.    Damaged Packages:

o    If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.

o    If you discover damage after accepting delivery, report it within 48 hours, along with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

2.    Missing Items:

o    If any items are missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
