Return and Refund Policy
At HBR Kart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products and reliable services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward and transparent return and refund process.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition:
1. The product was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state.
2. The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. The product is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
- Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, toiletries) once opened.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
· Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Process

o Reason for return (with images, if applicable)
2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product, including the address to ship the item.
3. Shipping the Product:
o Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product to prevent damage during transit.
o Return shipping costs will be covered by HBR Kart only for cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, bank account, etc.).
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and specify that you’d like an exchange.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return policy will apply.
